I would like to extend a warm greeting and welcome to you on behalf of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»!
The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» mission is to provide a quality education that empowers students with life-long learning skills and prepares students for professional success in the global community by displaying content mastery, cultural literacy, critical thinking, communication skills, and personal & social responsibility.
I am beginning my first year at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³».
My doctoral research focused on transformation in U.S. university students due to their study abroad experiences. I have used insights gained from those investigations to help students prepare for English language universities abroad and have conducted research on their subsequent academic and social adjustment to university. I used my own high school students to help conduct research on the resilience of students in universities abroad during the global pandemic and high school experiences that helped them develop resilience.
I have been involved in these studies while serving as Independent Research Program Coordinator, Dean of Faculty, and Deputy Head of School for another international school and for its launch of an additional campus in a southern province.
I am thrilled to be a part of the learning community and look forward to continuing my own growth as I encourage the development of everyone else in it, faculty, staff, and students!
